What is Reiki and how can it help?

Reiki is an ancient energy healing technique that has been and continues to be passed from teacher to student in an attunement-based and instruction model and is used in many different settings in modern times. Hospitals and Hospice recognize and employ Reiki Practitioners to help patients to recover from surgery, for pain relief, and for end of life comfort and care. Reiki has become a widespread healing modality for a myriad of imbalances in the living bodies of humans, animals and plants. The benefits of Reiki are endless, but let’s break it down. ‘Rei’ translates to ‘Universal’ in Japanese and ‘ki’ translates to ‘life force energy’ or qi/chi. Hands-on healing did not originate from Dr. Usui, however, the specific energy frequency of Reiki was transmitted to him during an extended meditation retreat. He then developed Usui Reiki Ryoho in 1922 and began teaching this form of energy medicine and spiritual practice to students.

What is Integrated Energy Therapy or IET?

Integrated Energy Therapy or IET is a wonderful hands-on healing therapy that works with the cellular memory map of the body releasing stored emotions that create blocks and stagnation within the energetic meridians. It is a gentle yet powerful transmutation of old beliefs, patterns and self-limiting thoughts and reactions to life, freeing Oneself to experience joy and ease.

Become a Reiki Practitioner Yourself! Becoming a certified Reiki level I, II or Advanced Master is a very rewarding path! Becoming attuned to Reiki sets you on a healing path with gentle internal guidance, releases blocks and helps you to come into alignment with Source energy. You can do Reiki on yourself, family and pets, plants, food and water before ingesting, send remotely to others and if you choose, you can start your own Reiki healing business.
